Jewelry firm named The House of Faberge was founded in 1842 in Imperial Russia. It became famous with making jewel-encrusted Faberge Eggs for the Russian Tsar and its court. First Faberge Egg was commissioned by the Tsar Alexander III as an Eastern gift for his wife Empress Maria Fedorova. It took place on year 1885. Last Faberge Eggs were started on year 1917 but they were never finished.
